Organising your Batlow Apple Day is as easy as five simple steps:
Step 1. |
Select a date with our staff for your Batlow Apples Day by calling us on 1300 APPLES.

Tip: Running your Batlow Apples day concurrently with your school sports carnival or fete is a great way of getting everyone excited and involved.

Step 2. |
Create awareness! Promote your fundraiser in your school newsletter, at assembly, or group meetings.

Tip: Notice boards are a great place to display posters to let everyone know there’s a Batlow Apple Day coming up.

Step 3. |
Download and distribute the Parent Information and Individual Order Forms to each child. Ensure they have enough time to get their orders and payments in on time.

Step 4. |
Create your order. Use the Group Order Form to compile all orders, fax to Batlow Apples on (02) 8746 0477 at least seven working days before your Batlow Apple Day.

Step 5. |
Delivery. We will contact you to confirm the details and delivery requirements for your Batlow Apple Day. Delivery will usually occur on, or one day before your Batlow Day.
