Cinnamon Apple Smoothie

Preparation time: 5 minutes
1 cup milk
1 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
1 Batlow Apple
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon handful of ice cubes
1. Wash and peel apple
2. Ask your adult helper to help you core your apple and cut up into small cubes
3. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for one minute

Icy Juice Cubes

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Setting time: Approx. 3 Hours
Ingredients:
Batlow Apple Juice (Orchard Select or Pink Lady)
1. Pour you Batlow Apple juice into an ice-cube tray
2. Carefully place the ice-cube tray into the freezer making sure that it lays flat and does not spill
3. After a few hours, remove tray from freezer, twist ice-cube tray so that ice cubes come out
Tip: Icy Juice cubes are a delicious refreshing treat on a hot day!
