I am pleased to introduce you to our first ever apple cookbook.

The book is the result of collaboration between our growers, co-operative staff and home economist Jill Murphy who revived old favourites and created exciting new recipes.

In creating this cookbook we wanted to not only inspire you in the kitchen but tell you our story. Apart from fantastic apple related recipes, the book provides information on how we grow our apples, Batlow Apple varieties and tips on buying and storing apples.

I have been lucky enough to taste test several recipes from the book and I certainly have no hesitation in saying that you will enjoy each one of them!
